Pediatric:
Greater than 35 kg: 1 gm/kg of Activated Charcoal mixed with water
to form a slurry to facilitate delivery. Administer via PO, OG, or NG routes.
Less than 35 kg: 1 gm/kg of Activated Charcoal premixed with water
to form a slurry to facilitate delivery. Administer via PO, OG, or NG routes.
