1) Fax the name of your new personnel to North Coast EMS using the North Coast EMS Add New User Form.
2) Call North Coast EMS (707) 445-2081 and speak to our Administrative
Assistant to confirm that the fax has been received and the new user has
been entered into the system.
3) Open the EPCIS DATA ENTRY module
and click on Foward Unsent PCRs to EMS.
4) Once your computer has closed its modem connection with the North Coast EMS server computer, close the Data Entry module.
5) Now find the Microsoft Access ADD NEW USER icon
in your computer's "Start" menu or desktop.
6) Open this module using the password SysAdm .
7) Choose the appropriate ambulance provider OR hospital (not both) from the pull-down lists provided.
8) Now Click on the appropirate box to the left (i.e. "Provider Only" or "Hospital Only."
9) Close the "Add New User" module.
10) The new user should now be able to enter the program using the "Log
On" number provided by North Coast EMS's Administrative assistant.
