Subject: Medical Control

Radio Communication Log

Policy: Every Medical Control Hospital shall document radio communications

concerning patient care on a North Coast E.M.S. approved radio com-

munication log. Every patient contact reported by field providers

shall be documented on a communication log. The communication log

is to be reviewed as part of the medical control/audit process.
