Pediatric:
Cardiac Arrest – Ventricular Fibrillation or Pulseless Ventricular Tachycardia:
1.0 mg/kg IV/IO. Repeat every 3-5 minutes as maximum total dose of 3mg/kg.
Ventricular Tachycardia with a pulse:
1 mg/kg IV/IO , repeat at half dose in 10 minutes.
Pain management following IO placement:
0.5 mg/kg slowly through the IO. Not to exceed 40 mg.
